L&M Home do NOT accept exchanges, credits or refunds on permanent sale items. All sale purchases are final.

L&M Home are happy to offer an exchange or refund on all full priced items purchased online at lmhome.com.au. Refunds will be processed via Eway, Afterpay or Zip, depending on how you placed your original order.
- Items must be returned to L&M HQ within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be un-used, un-washed and in original packaging. Items that are returned in a used or unsellable condition will not be approved for an exchange/refund.
- All cushion returns must be accompanied by the insert which was included in the original purchase (unless exchanging for a cushion of the same size and shape).
- We do not cover the cost of returning an item to L&M Home for change of mind returns. A replacement or refund will be offered if a product is deemed faulty.
International orders can be returned for an exchange or refund if returned to L&M within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. Products must be un-used, un-washed and in original packaging & you must return the product at your own expense.
Receive Something Faulty?
When considering whether an item is faulty, please bear in mind the hand-made nature of many of our products. In the event where an item is found to be faulty, please contact us immediately (see below contact details). L&M Home will provide a replacement, or offer you a full refund. With all returns please state your full name, invoice number, reason for your return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please feel free to contact L&M Home on (03) 9419 6800 if you have any queries. All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
L&M Home products are available for purchase on this website and can also be purchased at other retail stockists.
Salus Bath & Beauty products are non-refundable due to hygiene issues. Please choose carefully when purchasing.
